We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking with us. We have a flexible refund policy that allows you to cancel your booking and receive a full or partial refund, depending on when you notify us.
If you cancel your booking at least 2 days before the tour date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If you cancel your booking between 2 days and 24 hours before the tour date, you will receive a partial refund of 50 % of the amount paid.
If you cancel your booking within 12 Hours hours of the tour date, or if you do not show up for the tour, you will not receive any refund.
To cancel your booking, please contact us at Santosh Chavan 9892455466 and provide your booking number and name. We will process your refund within 5 days of receiving your cancellation request.
