These terms and conditions apply to the tours and activities offered by E India Tourism . By booking a tour or activity with the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking Procedure and Formation of a Contract:

  • To book a tour or activity with the Company, the Customer must fill out the online booking form on the Company’s website or contact the Company by phone or email.
  • The Customer must provide accurate and complete information, such as name, email address, phone number, number of participants, date and time of the tour or activity, and any special requests or requirements.
  • The Customer must pay a deposit of 50% or 100% of the total price of the tour or activity at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid by Account Number.
  • The booking is not confirmed until the Company sends a confirmation email to the Customer with the booking details and an invoice for the balance payment.
  • The balance payment must be paid by Account Number. at least 2 days before the tour or activity date. If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
  • The contract between the Company and the Customer is formed when the Company sends the confirmation email to the Customer.

Payment Details:

  • The prices of the tours and activities are quoted in Rupees and include [Inclusions].
  • The prices do not include [Exclusions].
  • The prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond the Company’s control, such as currency fluctuations, taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, etc.
  • The Company will inform the Customer of any price changes before confirming the booking or collecting the balance payment.
  • The Customer is responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or exchange rates that may apply to the payment methods.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The Customer can cancel the booking by notifying the Company in writing by email or letter.
  • The cancellation will take effect from the date that the Company receives the written notification.
  • The following cancellation fees will apply:
    • If the Customer cancels more than 2 days before the tour or activity date, the Company will refund the deposit minus an administration fee of 100 Rs.
    • If the Customer cancels between 2 days and 24 hours before the tour or activity date, the Company will retain 50 % of the total price of the tour or activity as a cancellation fee.
    • If the Customer cancels within 24 hours of the tour or activity date, or fails to show up for the tour or activity, no refund will be given.
  • The Company may cancel the booking due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, government actions, etc., that make it impossible or unsafe to operate the tour or activity. In such cases, the Company will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer an alternative date, a different tour or activity, or a full refund.

Tour or Activity Information:

  • The Company will provide the Customer with detailed information about the tour or activity, such as meeting location, departure time, duration, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, etc., in advance.
  • The Customer must follow the instructions and guidance of the tour guide or leader at all times during the tour or activity.
  • The Customer must behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards other participants, staff members, local people, and property. The Company reserves the right to remove any Customer who causes disturbance, damage, danger, or annoyance to others from the tour or activity without any refund.

Accommodation:

  • If accommodation is included in the tour or activity package, the Company will arrange it according to the Customer’s preferences and availability.
  • The accommodation will be of a standard that is suitable for the type and level of the tour or activity.
  • The accommodation may vary depending on the location and season, and may not have all the amenities and facilities that the Customer is accustomed to.
  • The Customer must comply with the rules and regulations of the accommodation provider, and must not cause any inconvenience or damage to the property or staff.

Changes to the Itinerary:

  • The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, safety issues, local events, etc.
  • The Company will inform the Customer of any changes as soon as possible, and will try to minimize the impact on the Customer’s experience and satisfaction.
  • The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense caused by the changes to the itinerary.

Insurance:

  • The Customer is strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance that covers the tour or activity, and that includes medical expenses, personal injury, death, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment, loss or damage of baggage or personal belongings, etc.
  • The Company is not responsible for any costs or claims that may arise from the Customer’s participation in the tour or activity, or from the Customer’s failure to obtain adequate insurance.

Passport, Visa and Health Requirements:

  • The Customer is responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documents required for the tour or activity.
  • The Customer is responsible for checking and complying with the immigration, customs, and health regulations of the destination country and any transit countries.
  • The Customer is responsible for consulting a doctor and obtaining any vaccinations, medications, or health certificates that may be required for the tour or activity.
  • The Company is not liable for any loss, delay, denial of entry, deportation, quarantine, or additional expenses that may result from the Customer’s failure to meet the passport, visa, and health requirements.

Liability:

  • The Company acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the providers of the Travel Services, such as transportation companies, accommodation facilities, activity operators, etc.
  • The Company does not own or control the Travel Services, and does not guarantee their quality, safety, availability, or suitability for the Customer’s needs or expectations.
  • The Company is not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expense that may be caused by the Travel Services, or by any force majeure events, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, government actions, etc., that are beyond the Company’s control.
  • The Company’s liability to the Customer is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the tour or activity.
