Day 1 :

Mumbai to Alibag with drive, Alibag Sightseeing Stay at Alibag

You will be picked up from Mumbai at 7:00 am by our AC cab and drive to Alibaug, which is about 95 km away. You will reach Alibaug by 11:00 am and check in to your standard hotel with double bed sharing. After freshening up, you will have a delicious breakfast and then proceed to explore the attractions of Alibaug. You will visit:

Alibaug Fort: This is a 17th-century sea fort built by Shivaji Maharaj on a small island near the shore. It was a strategic naval base for the Marathas and later the Siddis. You can see the remnants of the fort walls, bastions, cannons, temples, and a lighthouse. You can also enjoy the scenic views of the Arabian Sea and the Alibaug beach from the fort
Alibaug Beach: This is one of the most popular beaches in Alibaug, known for its clean sand, clear water, and coconut groves. You can relax on the beach, enjoy water sports, or take a boat ride to the nearby Kolaba Fort

You will check out from your hotel after having breakfast and drive to Murud-Janjira Fort, which is about 50 km away from Alibaug. You will visit:

Murud-Janjira Fort: This is an impressive fort situated on an island in the Arabian Sea, accessible by sailboats from Rajapuri jetty. It was built by the Siddis in the 15th century and remained unconquered by any enemy. It has 26 bastions, several cannons, palaces, mosques, and water tanks. You can admire the architecture and history of the fort and also enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and the coast.
After exploring the fort, you will drive back to Alibaug and en route visit Shree Ballaleshwar Temple at Pali, which is about 30 km away from Alibaug. You will visit:

Shree Ballaleshwar Temple: This is one of the eight Ashtavinayak temples dedicated to Lord Ganesha. It is named after Ballal, a young devotee of Ganesha who was blessed by him. The temple has a unique shape of the letter Shri and faces east. The idol of Ganesha is adorned with diamonds in his eyes and navel. The temple also has a bell that was brought from Vasai by Chimaji Appa after defeating the Portuguese.
