6:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel/home in Pune and drive to Pandharpur via Solapur road. The distance is about 210 km and the travel time is about 4 hours.
10:00 AM: Arrive at Pandharpur and visit the Chandrabhaga River, a sacred river that flows through the city. The river is also known as Bhima and is considered as a form of Ganga. You can take a dip in the river or perform rituals on its banks.
11:00 AM: Visit the Sant Pundalik Temple, a temple dedicated to Sant Pundalik, a devotee of Lord Vitthal who attained salvation by serving his parents. The temple is located on the bank of Chandrabhaga River and has a stone image of Sant Pundalik under a banyan tree.
11:30 AM: Visit the Sant Namdev Maharaj Step, a step where Sant Namdev Maharaj, a saint and poet who composed many devotional songs in praise of Lord Vitthal, used to sit and meditate. The step is located near the entrance of the Shri Vitthal Rukmini Temple.
